sigh....why do you people simply "REFUSE" to visit the maker of your product to aquire help/Information ?????!!!! is there a hidden law somewhere that we are unaware of which prevents this?
please people, when having a problem/issue with a product....VISIT THAT MAKERS SITE before posting a request here. maxtor and all HD makers have resolved this issue YEARS AGO, and posted the nessary information. get with the program and make use of what is provided to you!!!

Last time.... THERE ARE NO DRIVERS. until you take the time to READ the directions maxtor posts under the HELP links and use their setup program to prep the drive you will be as now....looking for what does not exist. the choice is yours.
