Huh????....this is a IBM DCAA-34330, 4.3GB IDE 5400rpm 9.5ms 128K CACHE 3.5"LP" drive. it requires NO drivers for internal usage.
check that master/slave jumper is set correctly and that IDE cable pin one is connected to pin one on the drive. (usually red or blue stripe on cable)

with pin one on drive being closest to power connector.
