Tried all fixits I can find by searching the web but unable to locate icsharep.vxd to reinstall. Would be great to have it on driverguide. Cheers

If it is a Windows 98 system file you can use the system file checker to replace it. Go to Start -> Run -> type in 'SFC' (no quotes) Check the radio button next to 'Restore file from disk' and then type in icsarep.vxd. Make sure that you have your Windows 98 Cd in your CD-ROM drive.
