Detection Ssoftwarre usual only works at Plug & Play Hardware fine,
or the Manufactor Software.
But it only look for the Settings, where you have access to the Card eg. Adress 220 Interrupt 5 Dma 3.
Try to Idenity our Card over the FCC number, what is on the Bord, Notice it and look there http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid/ for the matches.
Put in Number and click search , and do a search at the resultpage for the keyword with ctrl-f again, cos the results are mostly huge.

if you cant find the driver via the fcc-id, then go to download.com, put in "sound card detection" in the top search window, and download Astro Advanced Sysinfo Tool 4.1. It says its for detecting hardware. I havent personally tried it, but the ratings are 100%. Good luck.

search google for Aida32.It is a small freeware program that will scan your hardware and give you brand names and even direct hyperlinks to go get your drivers! Good Luck!
