i was pickin thru cdcopy programs when 1 just totally screwed up my atapi cd-rw 52x24 and toshiba dvd-rom sd-m1212 , now i can't install the drivers from the windows pro cd , i need imapi.sys and drivers for both these cd roms i guess, i don't know any other solution

also it's asking for inf files, which aren't on the drivers found in driverguide.com, inf being the driver info file...

Methinks you need to do some reading/learning about how cd-rw and dvd drives work and what is required to get them to work... a starting place I recommend:

Then read some of the requests/comments in the cd-rw section for driver requests.... if you still are at a loss, I can recommend several good repair shops.
