I really need help on this... the whole thing boils down to this: My husband's pc used to run Win 98 SE; then when I got a newer used pc, it came with Win 2k and the install CD. He upgraded his pc and now the modem isn't detected. I tried to manually detect, but nothing doing. So I came here to get an updated driver after a frustrating search at Intel's site. I downloaded the driver on to my pc (only one with a working modem), to install on his. I just need to know how to get it to install on his pc...Thanks a lot in advance to anyone who can help!

PS--here are all the numbers(and letters) that I found on it:

I got to the part of the wizard where it says "Have Disk", I inserted the disk where I put the driver from here, and now it won't open...I'm so confused!
