After I upgraded to Win XP Professional my the computer simply can not instal the modem anymore.

I would appreciate if someone could send me the driver for Win XP Professional or for Win 2000.

Rockwell doesn't build modems...only chipsets. Please read our
Modem Help Guide (http://www.driverguide.com/guide2/modem-help.htm)
to learn how to properly id your modem and who made it.
