I just replaced a Compaq Presario 4122 bad Quantum Hard Drive with a Maxtor 6 Gig drive. I Fdisked, formatted, and installed Win95.

I can't seem to find the drivers I need for the integrated sound card, USB ports, and ISA Modem Card. I'd appreciate any help here.

I also wonder if missed a step somewhere. I can't seem to get Setup to work with F10 or F1 when "Compaq" appears in red at bootup.

Thanks for any help!

what your looking for is probably a window 98 system setup disk the drivers you want come standard on the 98se disk. Ibm has a driver for your usb in 95 but other devices will need to be identified and then searched out for their drivers.

good luck.

You should press F10 in the second that the cursor blinks in the upper righthand corner during powering up.
This should bring you to the set up menu

good luck
