Hello,
I bought the same mouse in a bundle with a 4-way USB 2.0 Hub. The brand is Targus. There was no Driver CD included. It works fine for me on W2k. I was just surfing the net in order to see wether I can install another driver than the standard MS one when I came across your question. The Part Number of the so called "Accessory Kit" is BEU0269.
The drivers installed are called:

C:\WINNT\system32\DRIVERS\mouclass.sys

C:\WINNT\system32\DRIVERS\mouhid.sys
