Suvil Technologies is long gone. The ColorCam came in several models:
ColorCam Mobile II v2.0.4.0

ColorCam Mobile II v1.00

ColorCam Mobile USB v1.00
Unfortunately, they never developed Windows XP drivers. BUT, fortunately I was able to locate the Win98 driver files and determine the chipset of your camera. Your camera uses the OmniVision OVT511/P chipset (sensor). They do have Windows XP drivers (generic) here:
