vicky 10-14-2003, 06:42 AM I have a lexmark all in one x125 for some reason the scanner won't work, the printer,copier and fax all work but not scanner It says computer can not detect scanner. I've tried to install it again but can't get it to work. It used to work. any ideas Jerry K 10-15-2003, 04:08 PM A good start would be to state what operating system you have and what drivers you currently have installed along with installation details and where you got the driver/s. Also a status report from Device Manager (if Windows is your os) might prove helpful. I tried reinstalling scanner but it doesn't work. This all in one came with a cd but it doesn't work either. I have no idea how to send you a status report. This is the first time I 've used this site so excuse me I didn't know what kind of info to include.
