Pinnacle no longer supplies duplicate copies of the installation CD or downloads of original files. They do have an updated driver on their FTP site, but it requires the originals to be installed. Cannot locate my install CD ... need to get original installation files.

Surely it's too late for you. But yesterday I found myself in the same situation and maybe this link will serve someone:

I will get rid of this extremely poor piece of sh.. tv-box. No driver support on the website of the manufacturer and again it took hours to make this thing run. After half an hour it crashed and I wasn't able to reanimate it.

The first time and THE LAST TIME I spent money on a product by Pinnacle!
