Its name is "ATI-TV ISA", PN 109-34100-10, fcc-id: EXM341

I have found the following bits and pieces around the https://support.ati.com website, you might find more.

You need an ATI graphics accelerator with an AMC (ATI Multimedia Channel) connector
If your computer system already has an AMC connector, then you can connect the ATI-TV directly into your motherboard. Please see your system documentation for more information.

Most graphics boards in the following families included (or "optionally included") an AMC connector:

* mach64 VT
* RAGE I
* RAGE II/II+
* RAGE PRO
* RAGE LT PRO

The last product with an AMC connector was an early version of the RAGE FURY, produced at the beginning of 1999. (I guess if you can get an ATI XP driver for one of those -you can for ati pro- it might work in WinXP)

The ATI graphic board must be the PRIMARY display adapter. Ensure that the graphics IRQ is enabled. Obtain and install the ATI driver for the graphic board. Microsofts Windows 98/Windows ME will NOT automatically detect your TV Tuner and install the right drivers.

Get Microsoft WebTV(M$) or Windows 9x Video Player(support.ati.com)

An AMC cable is required to connect AMC devices. DO NOT use a 40 pin IDE drive cable to connect AMC devices(Or be very careful :\). An AMC cable has a set of blocked "key pins" which restrict the orientation of the cable on the connector. These safeguards are not present on a standard IDE cable. Incorrect connections can cause severe damage to the AMC peripheral and the graphics adapter. Also, a 40 pin IDE cable will typically exceed the recommended cable length (up to 10") and may cause random errors to occur.

For sound attach one end of the sound cable(common) to the Audio out on the ATI-TV and
the other end to the Line in on your sound card.

This TV Tuner card is automatically detected and installed with Win XP Home; unsure where to get the software from tho in order to tune in and watch terrestrial signals. I am trying software found at :

fingers crossed ;)
