Not unless you tell us where the "cyber place" is. First, the driver your trying to download must not exceed the capacity of the floppy disk, eg: if your floppy disk is a standard 1.44 mb disk, then the file must not exceed 1.44 mb in filesize.
And a Motorola 62412-51 is NOT an IDE CONTROLLER. It's a chipset that Motorola built for MODEM manufacturer's to use in manufacturing modems. If your needing a driver for this MODEM chipset, then use our advanced driver search to locate it. It's posted numberous times by different members in our database of drivers. It's a very common chipset and used by several different modem manufacturer's. Amongst them are:

D-Link DFM-560TX
Puretek PT-3027
Wisecom WS-5614PSL
Hawking PN578

All the manufacturers listed above have drivers posted for these models. They are most likely posted on driverguide.com as well.
And Motorla also has drivers posted for this chipset. It's refered to as SM56 by Motorola.

and please, next time you need a MODEM driver, please post your request in our MODEM REQUEST forum. Or if you need a IDE Controller driver, then post a description of the actual IDE Controller instead of a MODEM chipset.
