m571 type boards are usually PcChips type boards from PcChips.
www.PcChips.com
note in your keyboard bios string (shown lower left on cold boot) for the bios string you should see xx-xxxxxxx-xxxxM571xxx-xx
or xx-xxxxxxx-xxxxM571LMTxxx-xx
this is your board model.
PcChips has drivers posted for all models.
pci serial controller driver is your "MODEM"

PcChips , soundpro line of chips which are marked HT-xxxx

are CLONES of the Cmedia (cmi) line of chips

and usually match the cmi number. Example HT-3738 = cmi8738

and the HT-1869 chip is a clone of the cmi 8330 chip

(in other words a CMI driver for the matching PcChips number will also work)
also some sites may also have the country domain appended to them:

such as the two below with "TW" which means country is Taiwan
WWW.CMI.COM.tw ( for chips labled cmi or Cmedia)

www.PcChips.com.tw (makes Soundpro line) clone of cmedia chips can use cmi drivers
note: PcChips makes many boards/sub models read below to understand what (L M R T) are

and also note that the board Revision is important, and can usually be found

by the keyboard connector in very small print (example: v1.4D)
The letters that follow the model number (L,M,R,T,+)

all represent special features about that board.

The 'L' stands for LAN and indicates that the motherboard has a built in network adapter.

The 'M' stands for MODEM and indicates that the motherboard has an integrated MODEM.

Motherboards with an integrated MODEM will also have integrated sound.

The 'R' (which is sometimes removed) stands for Ready and indicates

that the motherboard only requires processor, memory and hard drive to operate.

The 'R' is often removed from the model number.

The 'T' stands for Twin and indicates that the motherboard has two types

of processor socket, such as a socket-370 and a slot-1.

The '+' often indicates that the motherboard has a TV Output feature

but may be used for another meaning.
