you can not find what DOES NOT EXIST.....if you had actually been looking you would have found NUMEROUS sites stating that firewire support is NATIVE to WINDOWS starting with w98se.

Tried through Windows using update etc....... I guess must be a hiccup somewhere as keeps saying driver not found despite my best efforts.. so thought maybe there was a external driver somewhere....
if does not exist.. then I'm guess I'm out of luck and better forget about this card.. thks :-)
