I HAVE RE INSTALLED WINDOWSXP 4 TIMES AND EACH TIME
I DO ,DURING THE INSTALLATION I GET A MESSAGE SAYING
YOUR SCREEN RESOLUTION IS SET LOW WINDOWS WILL RESET IT.THEN MY COMPUTER LOCKS UP.WHEN I RESTART IT AND WINDOWS IS LOADED I HAVE NO SOUND.I GO TO MY DEVICE DRIVERS AND THE FOLLOWING HAVE NO DRIVERS LOADED

when you decide to replace your DEFECTIVE keyboard, (the one that is unable to post in lowercase) we might consider helping. however posting a video question in a IDE FORUM is not the correct method of asking for help. furthermore refusing to read our directions or the ones dell posts on their web site also shows us that you are not making any effort on your end....so why should we????

I suspect his keyboard problem originates from his lack of proper English and how to type it properly with a keyboard. One has to wonder about people who seem to think the only method of typing a request is toYELL when doing so. I have a mule-headed sister-in-law who thinks UPPERCASE is easier to read and proper typing etiquette... she dropped out of high school in the 5th grade. She claims she's a high school graduate but the only diploma she has is her 5th grade report card.... all C's & F's.
