This is a CompUSA brand Ultra ATA/133 PCI card. I am trying to install it into a new system and have the driver disc but windows will not recognize the drivers as working with this device.

vendors to not ship non working drivers. since you have not stated the information about the card's chipset, description or how you are installing what driver off the cd in what way on what type of computer with what hardware installed (drive size?). you are expecting what from your "have a comp-usa card can not install driver from vendor cd" post? your FCC# of MP680 is "not" a valid number.
in short, when asking for help you can not post generic non specific requests and expect help. you must supply as much detail/information as possible.
if you are trying to boot off this card with XP then the driver MUST be loaded/installed before connecting the existing drive to the controller, if a new install the driver must be loaded via floppy before xp loads by pressing F6 during the initial boot when prompted
no other help can be provided till you supply more information.

The current drivers are on compusa.com under customer service then drivers then Compusa brand
