I've downloaded an avi file video clip but when I go to play it I receive a message saying "vids:div 4 decompressor cannot be found", and then have audio but no image. I've tried installing different codecs (divx4 for XP) but I still cannot play the file properly. If anyone knows the codec I should download or how otherwise I could solve this problem, that would be great.
