wondering if someone could help this dumb blonde out plz.....i havea ne camera make jenoptik jdc2.1 Lcd....i have installed as instructed(all of half a page of instruction manual) hmmm...Ive taken pics with the camera and now want to download onto pc.....but when i go to the imagining programme thats with it ..on the list of cameras there funnily enuff my make of camera aint there ??? so hence ive been unable to download the pics sob..sob.. is there anyone out there who knows whats wrong or why this wont download plzplzplzplz help xx

What operating system?
What drivers have you installed? From what source?
Have you installed drivers? are they correct drivers?
Are drivers (if you have any) for the stated os?
What errors during installation (if any)?
How does camera connect to pc? eg: serial, usb, other?
If usb connected is your usb port enabled and working?

thanks but i found it eventualy ..had to end up fonin the manufacturer!!
