There is a problem with my Creative Labs IDE controller. It says "This device is either not present, not working properly, or does not have all the drivers installed. (Code 10)" I tried to find it's driver but I could not get its hardware version because its "not available". I can't use my cd rom because of this problem. My system doesn't even detect my cd rom and I know that it is properly installed. What sould I do?

(cd rom - Creative 32x, OS - win 98)

ps. I have the same problem with my secondary Ide controller
