I recently put in a modem I got from a working computer. I put it in and the computer recognized it as Rockwell V90 56Kflex PnP. I tried different drivers for it and they seem to work but when I go to create a new connection the software cant find the modem and even if I select it and try to put it in there it still says it cant find it. Please help! Thanks!

Rockwell doesn't make modems... they only make chipsets used on modems by dozens of modem manufacturer's. Saying you tried different drivers is of no value to us... please state what drivers (filenames) and where you got them. However, until you properly id your modem, I doubt you will find much success in trying UNKNOWN drivers from UNKNOWN sources or in getting your modem to work properly. Please read our Modem Help Guide (link below) to see what is needed in order to get proper drivers. Then after doing so, if you need help in locating drivers, please post in the DRIVERS REQUEST forum as driver related requests are not allowed in this SUPPORT FORUM.
