Need to update Bios because of issues with a radeon 9550. Checked ATI webstie support they recommend updateing bios. Problem is that XFX stopped supporting mobo awhile ago. It is an award bios v6.00PG.

Thank you for giveing me the link to bios upgrade only problem is that it worked for an hour and started doing the same thing. according ati's website possible problem between certain mobo's and power supplies.....i am at a real loss do you have any ideas that could help

Thank you again for your help.....Believe it or not the computer worked great for about three days without any problems until I powered it down the other night...In the morning i turned it on and same thing happened....I went into the pc and disconnected and removed the two scsi drives and couple of other things that I thought might be holding the system down..but alas did not matter....I am looking into purchasing at least a 500 watt power supply...I have a 400 in their right now...
