HELP NEEDED: Giga-Byte Technology GA-7IXEH (Windows ME)

Please. I have a Giga-Byte GA-7IXEH motherboard and I want to get updated drivers and BIOS but my accursed public library has started blocking downloads of .exe files. Would someone be kind enough to put them in a .zip file for me so I can get them past Big Brother? Thank you. Maybe you could upload them to DriverGuide or ask for my email address to send them directly.

The files I want are: bios_7ixeh_f3.exe and driver_chipset_via_4in1433v.exe

Current O/S is: Windows ME

Processor is: AMD Duron 1,000MHz
