It is actually a A7V333 and i have found a driver, but i need help on how to update it. I had a power surge and i get a voice saying

"system failure - pp impact" and no screen so i don't know how to update the bios if there is no screen and no memory check.

It sounds like you have a nuked motherboard. I doubt it can be repaired except by qualified motherboard repair centers. You would need to contact the motherboard manufacturer.
