I really don't understand your information very well...but it sounds like you installed something and now you want it removed.

Devices installed on a Windows pc can be removed from Device Manager, select the device to remove, click ADD/REMOVE button.

from your header "cannot unzip files"... what files (and what format) are you needing to unzip? :)

Sounds like you specified a certain wrong program to unzip your file. Go into Windows Explorer, right click on said file and click on "open with" and then scroll down to the program you want to use to unzip.
