Have just had to do a format and re-install of Windows XP Pro.
On booting program stops with the message "could not find frame.dll and framedyn.dll" windows continues to load. However am having problems with IE which I think relates to missing Dll's.

Have found framedyn.dll on site but cannot find frame.dll anywhere, have searched numerous sites including Microsoft Support but without success,

Can anyone help with this problem, would be very grateful.

Don't know if this will help, but is something to try. Have your Win XP CD in the drive, click start then run. Type "sfc /scannow". (Without the quotation marks)
This will start the system file checker, and it should replace any missing or corrupted system files. Hope this helps.
