Sony cannot provide to you what does not exist. Optical drives never require a driver when used in any Windows os from 95 up (including Windows NT4.0). The os provides native support that allows this drive to read a data or music disk. It does not contain any support for burning disks however. For that task, compatible 3rd party recording software is required.
